Hotel turned out to be fairly clean and the breakfast option was exceptional. My room was fantastic and airy with coffee and tea making equipment, and glassware. A bathtub was excellent and everything was good. The location of the property was magnificent - relatively close to Air. This hotel was set in a great area👌

I enjoyed the marvellous breakfast served. My superior queen room was airy. The location was brilliant - just 5 minutes' walk from Air. Moreover, it was close enough to Amsterdam as well as Rokin.

I booked tastefully decorated standard king room here with 2 single beds and the bedroom. The breakfast was varied with different varieties to choose from; the staff were competent. The location was central, convenient easy to get to from Centraal station.

the location
did not get a check-out copy of the bill, even when I asked. Since I had to leave for the airport, i did not have time to argue. Hope when I will get my card's charges, it will be correct

All the staff were all extremely pleasant, polite, very helpful and informative. The location was excellant for shopping and amenities The breakfasts were a delight and the dining room was pleasant to eat in. Thank you for our gift of chocolates on our arrival - it made my day!
The rooms were a little small. (302) and althought the bathroom was clean the tiles around the bath/shower area could have been polished as they had residue on them.

Location
Yes, the service if terrible!!!!!!!!! The staff is not nice, the room is too dark and the bathroom too small. It's the worst 4 star hotel I ever stayed! I wouldn't recommend it at all!!!

I can say that I totally relaxed with my wife and baby daughter at the Radisson Blu Hotel. The location is just perfect if you prefer to walk to the city centre or other parts of Amsterdam. The neighbourhood is very quiet. The welcome lounge is really amazing with the sun coming through the glass celling and the waterfall. It's the first time in fact that I willingly spent time in a hotel lounge! In the hotel coridors there were beuatiful paintings. The staff was very friendly and professional and always willing to help or provide information (they even recommended a doctor when my daughter had fever). The room was always clean. The breakfast was delicious. All in all I recommend this hotel to anyone travelling for a break/holiday in Amsterdam.

Location was excellent, and I got an upgrade to business room, which was in the renovated section, so the room was pretty good.
The hotel staff messed up a bit with my guests airport pick ups since I was staying there for business. Not only once but twice
